We use the information we collect to:

Your contact and enquiry data is stored in Google Sheets, which is managed by Google LLC and subject to Google's own privacy policy. Fabric catalogue data is stored in Supabase, a cloud database platform. We retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this policy, or as required by applicable law. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

5. VR Feature and Image Processing

When you use the VR fabric visualisation feature, you upload a photograph of your furniture or space. This image is sent to Replicate (a third-party AI inference platform) for processing and is not stored permanently by us. The resulting visualised image is delivered to you and may be logged temporarily for quality review. By using the VR feature, you consent to this image processing.

6. Cookies

Our website uses only essential session cookies necessary for the website to function. We do not use analytics cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party tracking tools. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; however, this may affect certain features of the website.
